Tiếng Việt

These terms are between you and [OPERATOR NAME] [Business ID (Y-tunnus), if any], [STREET ADDRESS, POSTCODE, CITY], Finland, [CONTACT EMAIL] (“we”, “us”). By downloading or using the App you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the App.

1. Apple’s standard terms

The App is licensed to you, not sold. When you download the App from the Apple App Store, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (“Apple EULA”) applies and these terms add to it. Apple is not a party to these terms and is not responsible for the App, its content, maintenance, support or any claims about it, but Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of the Apple EULA and may enforce it against you. If these terms and the Apple EULA conflict, the Apple EULA applies to the licence and these terms apply to everything else. For Google Play downloads, Google’s terms for the store apply in the same way.

2. What the App is

The App helps you record and understand your own finances: monthly cash flow, debts, assets, a financial-health score from 1 to 10, loan payment calculations, reminders and optional what-if simulations. Your data is stored on your device (see the Privacy Policy).

3. Not financial advice

Features may change over time. We will not remove a feature you paid for without offering a fair alternative or refund as required by law.

5. Subscriptions and pricing

Prices below are shown in euros including applicable taxes where the law requires it. The price in your own currency is shown in the App Store before you buy and may differ by country.

Vung Plus Monthly 1 month €2.99 Automatically every month
Vung Plus Yearly 1 year €24.00 Automatically every year
Vung Plus Lifetime (if offered) One-time €49.00 Does not renew

6. Advertising

The free version shows ads labelled “Sponsored”, served by third parties. We do not control and are not responsible for advertisers’ products, statements or websites, and ads are not recommendations by us. See the Privacy Policy for how ad data is handled. Do not click ads or use them in ways that breach the ad network’s rules.

7. Your responsibilities

8. Your data and backups

Your data is stored only on your device. We cannot access or restore it. If you delete the App, reset or lose your device, or use “Delete all data”, your data may be permanently lost. Your device’s own backup may keep a copy if you have enabled it. You are responsible for making backups you rely on, for example by using the export feature if you have Plus.

9. Changes and availability

We may update the App, add or change features, or stop offering it. We try to keep it available but it is provided as is and may contain errors or be unavailable. We may change these terms; for material changes we will tell you in the App, and if you do not agree you can stop using the App and cancel your subscription.

10. Intellectual property

We (or our licensors) own the App, its name, design and content. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App on your own devices for your own personal, non-commercial use, subject to these terms and the Apple EULA. The data you enter belongs to you.

11. Warranties and liability

12. Ending your use

You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it (and cancelling any subscription). We may suspend or end your access if you seriously breach these terms. Sections that by their nature should continue (for example intellectual property and liability) continue after that.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in the courts of that country. In Finland, consumers can get free advice from the Competition and Consumer Authority’s consumer advisory service and take disputes to the Consumer Disputes Board (kuluttajariitalautakunta). For other users, the courts of Finland have jurisdiction.
